September 8 — First Day of School Parents Association welcome coffee

October 25 — Admissions Open House 1-3 PM

November 9 — Admissions Open House 9-11 AM

December Child interviews held all month 10 — Admissions Open House 9:30-11:30 AM 19 — Winter break begins after last class

January Child interviews held all month 4 — Classes Resume 30 — Admissions applications due

February Child interviews held all month 5 — Financial aid application postmarked due date 18 — AISNE recommendation forms due

March Child interviews must be completed by March 5 10 —Admissions decisions mailed 15-27 — Closed for school vacation 30 — Classes resume 31 — Financial aid decisions mailed to families

April Rolling admissions for any remaining spaces 10 — Enrollment contracts due back to the admissions office 16 — Deadline to accept financial aid

May Rolling admissions for any remaining spaces

June Rolling admissions for any remaining spaces 9 — Last day of school

Upon receipt of your child’s application, a classroom visit will be scheduled. Your child generally visits the class to which he/she is applying. During this visit, each child participates in classroom activities and also works individually with the teacher in language arts and mathematics. 

Along with the application, you should submit the “Release of Records” to our Admissions Director. This form will allow us to contact your child's current school and/or teacher(s) so they may fill out our AISNE evaluation form and provide us with other pertinent information in order to make a decision regarding your child’s application. 

We also encourage you to visit us during one of our Open Houses to determine if the Eliot Montessori School is a good fit for you and your family. Open Houses have been scheduled for the following dates:
