Laura Bishop
Business Manager
 Laura Bishop was born and raised in the
Boston area. She received her Bachelor's degree
in History from Bates College and her Masters in
Business Administration from Boston University.
She joined the Eliot Montessori School in
January 1999 after working for over twelve years
as the Controller of a privately held
manufacturing company. She is excited about
being a part of Eliot and using her accounting
and finance background in an educational
not-for-profit setting.
Ms. Bishop enjoys training for and running marathons and has recently started up a group of Eliot Middle School
runners. She also enjoys
reading, gardening and raising her two young
boys.
