Our Facilities
The Eliot Montessori School campus consists of the Brick Building, the White Building,
and the Administrative Offices at 6 Auburn Street, as well as the school playground.
The historic Brick Building houses our two Kindergarten and three Lower Elementary classrooms.
These sunny, cheerful classrooms, stocked with a wide array of books and educational materials,
provide cozy learning spaces for our students, as well as happy homes for their classroom pet
birds and fish. Our Art, Music, Computer, Spanish, and Latin classrooms are also located here,
as well as the gymnasium/auditorium. The gymnasium/auditorium is used for our Physical Education
classes, as well as our monthly all-school assemblies, annual Science Fair, annual Latin Declamation,
Graduation, and other special events.
Six Auburn Street, across the street from the Brick Building, houses our administrative offices,
including the offices of the Head of School, Admissions Director, Business Manager, Development
Director, and Administrative Assistant. We provide the TLC when our students aren’t feeling well!
The White Building houses the Upper Elementary and Middle School classrooms. Like the classroom
space in the Brick Building, these warm and inviting classrooms are designed to encourage our
students to learn both individually and cooperatively.
The Eliot playground is located behind the Brick Building and is used for recess activities and
the Extended Day Program.
